Easter 2020

Hope everyone was able to have a pleasant Easter despite our "social distancing" due to this COVID-19. We don't usually see others on this day, just spend it together, so not different for us, other than still missing our dear, sweet Abbi. Bonnye enjoyed going thru the goodies in her Easter basket. She had a hard time waiting for mommy and daddy to finally drag themselves out of bed to do so. I had covered up the baskets, so she could sit in LR with me to wait. LOL! She also enjoyed her private Easter Egg Hunt, but had to do it quickly as it started sprinkling as soon as her daddy got the eggs hidden. Then immediately after the egg hunt, my stomach got very upset and I ended up in bed for the rest of the day and Harold had to make dinner. Luckily, this year we were lazy and had gotten our usual Honey-Baked ham and decided to just do pre-made mashed potatoes and green beans, so he was able to heat everything up, we serve the ham at room temp. I got up to eat a little and stayed up as long as I could and then went back to bed early. One of the neighbors had put together a scavenger hunt of things you could find when walking thr the neighborhood, so PawPaw took her for a walk to find more things on the picture list. All-in-all it was still a good day.
